Women form the majority of Boafowe trainees. Programmes are intentionally designed to be accessible regardless of prior education — empowering women as earners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
Sustainable Agriculture & Food Security
Through the coconut plantation and agro-processing enterprise, Boafowe contributes to regional food security and climate-smart agriculture in the Oti Region.
Cultural Heritage Preservation
Craft programmes — palm weaving, batik, bead-making — revitalise traditional Ghanaian crafts while creating economic opportunity for artisan communities.
Diaspora-Driven Development
Boafowe links resources, expertise, and networks from Germany with grassroots development in Ghana for lasting, community-owned impact.
